123 HP Envy 4512 ePrint – Setup and Use
123 HP Envy 4512 ePrint is a secure cloud-based service that enables you to print from anywhere if you have an active Internet connection. The photo or document to be printed should be emailed to your 123 HP setup Envy 4512
Step 1 : Checking setup requirements for HP ePrint
(Please note that HP ePrint does not work if you connect your printer with a USB cable)
- Ensure that your printer supports HP ePrint. Look for the Hp ePrint logo, icon or button on your Envy printer panel, If the printer control panel does not have a button or an icon, go to the Web Services Setup, Wireless Settings or Network 123 HP Envy 4512 Setup to find the Web Services menu.
- Ensure that the computer is connected to either a wireless or wired (Ethernet) with a working Internet connection
- Ensure that your 123 HP Envy 4512 is connected to the Internet.
Step 2 : Web Services should be turned on
Web Services should be turned on from the printer control panel or the Embedded Web Server (EWS). This enables your printer to securely communicate through the Intenet with web-connected printing services, like HP ePrint.

Once you have turned on Web Services, please wait for the printer to print the information page. This page contains information regarding Web Services.Get your printer’s email address from the information sheet and then proceed to the next step.
Step 4 : Print with HP ePrint
HP ePrint prints by sending photos and documents securely to the printer through email. Print jobs can be sent from your laptop, computer, smartphone or tablet as long as you have a working Internet connection and a valid email account.Kindly go through the some of the requirements for HP Print before printing.
- A subject should be entered in the subject line of the email. Otherwise, HP ePrint may cancel the print job
- Not more than 10 attachments per print job
- The size of the mail should be less than 10 MB including attachments
- Duplex printing is not supported by HP ePrint
Printing Photos on Social Media Snapshots Paper
- HP Social Media Snapshot paper should be loaded into the photo tray or input tray based on the model of your printer.
- Ensure that all the sheets are flat before being loaded into the input tray.
- The HP Social Media Snapshot app should be downloaded and installed from the Google Play store or the Apple store.
- Touch the Snapshots icon.
- Select a photo from Facebook or Instagram or Flickr or any photo from your mobile device.
- On the Select Template screen, choose a border
- Touch Enter Text to edit and add comments, if required and then click on Done.
- Touch the Print icon.
- Choose the 4 x 5 paper size and then touch Print
- For confirming the paper size, touch Continue.
- On the Print screen that is displayed, choose the printer and modify any print settings if required, and then touch Print.
- The photo will now get printed.

Uninstalling HP Printer Software (for Windows)
Step 1 : Uninstall the printer from Programs and Features
Step 2 : Removing the printer from the devices list
To complete the process of uninstalling the software, remove the printer and any Windows print HP Envy 4512 driver from the Devices and Printers list.
- Ensure that the printer is switched on and in a state of readiness
- If HP Envy 4512 is connected to computer via a USB cable, then the cable should be disconnected from the computer
- Windows should be searched for devices, and then Devices and Printer should be clicked from the list found after the search
- Right-click on the icon of the printer, click on Remove Device and then proceed as per the onscreen instructions to finish the process.

- On your Windows system, open the Control Panel.

- Right click on the print job you want to end, and click CANCEL.
